Happy Fourth of July!
My brother is standing on part of a cliff that goes out on the picture before this one.
.
My cousins are in this picture, and my brother is right next to me. Can you guess which one is me?

Beautiful Poems
The sun shines radiantly against my face, as I walk along the shoreline of the silver ocean, knowing that summer has finally begun. The days are lengthy unlike before for us to enjoy all of our fun. It starts with cheers from people enthusiastically saying “School’s out! Thanks goodness for no more homework, it sure was a bore!”
As I walk past rows of seashells and rocks all interspersed, I see people bathing in the sun as if it were water, the young building sandcastles and things of that sort, and swarms of surfers all hoping to catch their waves.
Soon I see that the sun is starting to set as it mysteriously drifts into the ocean, miles out from where I am standing with my feet planted into the damp sand–water mixture. The sky fills with bright fantasies of red and orange, and it is the most spectacular phenomenon I have ever seen. Although I wish I could stay, the sun is fading and I can already see a glimpse outline of the pale white moon hovering above me.
I love this poem! I think it is one of the best poems I have ever written. For winter I wrote this somewhat bizarre poem.
The Joyous Snow
The cold wet snow drifts past my small feet like falling leaves and I outside all lonely run and shout out to all of the town,
“Come out, come out, come out in the wonderful snow. It will brighten your boring day and take all your cares away.”
Then the butcher, the baker, the hobo with his three-legged cat, many children at home, and all of the others put on their mittens, their hats and gloves, their warm fuzzy winter sweaters with a pair of snow boots, and came out. Into the snow they went and it was great fun.
Now they all had bright smiles on their faces and I knew it had taken their cares away, for snow is magical. It is greater than anything, because without snow we could not live and then the whole world would be a ghost town. Also, it makes people jump and leap for joy in the cold air as their hair frolics about.
When it was time to go, they all got up, but this time with a grin on their faces as large as the sun. Then they all went inside or to wherever they were headed, just thinking about the marvelous time that everyone had just had, and they all agreed nothing was greater than the snow, snow, snow.
